預設是 MS950 或 BIG5，建議改成 UTF-8

Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Text file encoding > UTF-8
HTML
Window > Preferences > Web > HTML Files > Encoding > UTF-8
CSS
Window > Preferences > Web > CSS Files > Encoding > UTF-8
JSP
Window > Preferences > Web > JSP Files > Encoding > UTF-8
